Return Policy


The product need to be returned should be claimed in 48 hours. The customer will be guided for return or exchange. The product once received by Jusal appliances will be inspected for any other damages. If the claim stated is genuine the product will be replaced or the money will be reimbursed. Products claimed beyond 48 hours will only be exchanged not returned.

The serial number must be on the product, a product without serial number will not acceptable.

Item must be returned undamaged with the original packaging intact.

Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse.

 

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -

Damages due to misuse of the product.

Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.

Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received

 

How long does the refund process take?

The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds, we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of 6 months.

 

Broken Items

Should an item be broken, please email us on online.jusalindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items

Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on online.jusalindia@gmail.com , within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect, and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.



SHIPPING for returns

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the return of products. Shipping charges Will be borne by Glen Appliances only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged Condition

The customer is responsible for damaged due to returning transit;It is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged.

If any product which is delivered is not same as per order or in damaged condition then the same will be replaced by us without any charge. (In condition of damaged product it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.

Is your shipping impacted due to COVID?

Yes, we have resumed deliveries as per the guidelines provided by the Government of India. Considering the extensive restrictions in effect, deliveries to certain pin codes may be restricted or delayed.

 

How do I check which locations you are delivering to?

Please enter your pin-code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

 

Why my pin code is excluded even when there are no restrictions on deliveries by government under COVID?

Some pin codes are excluded as our delivery partners do not operate in these locations.

 

What Are Your Delivery Times?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

 

How Long Would It Take For Me To Receive My Order

After your order is processed, we will share SMS/Email confirming your delivery timelines.

 

How Is The Delivery Time Calculated?

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  1. Product(s) selected
  2. The destination pin-code e.g. 110014 to which you want the order to be shipped to
  3. Seller's location

 

Delivery time is calculated basis historical data of delivery timelines for orders originating from the entered pin-code. Delivery timelines might vary in a few cases depending on the above mentioned factors. Please note that Jusal Online is not liable for any shipping delays. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we do. All orders of Rs. 1000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge applied on orders below.

 

Why Is Cash-On-Delivery Not Offered For My Location?

Currently cash on delivery is not available as a mode of payment for certain pincode All payments are either through credit/debit cards or through bank transfers.

 

Is It Necessary For Me To Provide Identification When I Receive The Package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

 

Are In-Transit Products Insured?

All In-transit items are insured. If you feel item is damaged on opening, we would request you to not accept the item or report back to us immediately by contacting Jusal Online Customer Service.

 

Can I Modify My Delivery Address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.
